Solution: A visual overview of data sets
Every system generates a large amount of data in addition to the documents and metadata it processes. This information often goes unused, even though it represents a tremendous asset. Important insights can be drawn from this information, either directly or indirectly. The Data Visualizer Dashboard (DaViD) processes data from the enaio® ECM system and presents it graphically in a wide variety of chart types.
BPL can be used universally with all currentenaio® solution modules, such ascontract management,incoming invoice processing,document routing, and much more. DaViD can be integrated with minimal effort. The graphical visualizationis based on the relevant (meta)data and can be presented in various formats, such as pie charts or bar charts.
When visualizing data from the variousenaio® solution modules, the underlyingenaio® authorization concept is always taken into account. This ensures that confidential information remains protected even within the Data Visualizer Dashboard.
In DaViD, preconfigured dashboards with integrated charts can be made available to users. Users can also—provided they have the appropriate permissions—create custom dashboards with any charts. The high flexibility of the Data Visualizer Dashboard allows for custom labeling and positioning of legends (names of data series) across different chart types. Requests to theenaio® system for visualization can be made statically or dynamically (supported by variables).
The resulting possibilities for data visualization are virtually unlimited.
DaViD provides you with a library of charts and can also generate custom reports.
Charts of any kind can be exported at any time. These exported charts can be shared as files and imported by other users.
The Data Visualizer Dashboard (DaViD) is not a business intelligence tool that requires lengthy training. Users can add and use charts from the library without any prior knowledge. Charts can be customized without the need for scripting languages or SQL skills.
With a single installation, you can access all existing data in a system. For example, if you have licensed solutions for incoming invoices and BPL Change Management, among others, the Data Visualizer Dashboard (DaViD) can display charts for both solutions.
The Data Visualizer Dashboard can also be easily installed in existing system environments.
